Jimmy Prevost has been with Rayne Realty since 1981 as a real estate agent after graduating from University of Southwestern Louisiana with a bachelor degree in Business Administration. He is now owner/broker of Rayne Realty Company Inc. He is also a Louisiana Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. He specializes in residential and commercial sales, subdivision development and property management. He is the past president of the Rayne Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Rayne Lions Club, past president of the Acadia Parish Industrial Board and past president of the Rice Belt Board of Realtors. Martin “Tippy” Zaunbrecher

Martin “Tippy” Zaunbrecher has been a licensed real estate agent with Rayne Realty Co. since 1986. He graduated from University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1972. Stephen Guidry

Stephen Guidry has been with Rayne Realty since 2007. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Louisiana State University, Stephen started his professional career in the banking and mortgage industry which provided him with a diverse background in real estate. He became a licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2005 and since that time has provided a variety of services including residential, commercial and right-of-way appraisal services. Stephen continues to attend various appraisal-related workshops and seminars and his primary focus is appraising 1-4 single unit family homes, condominiums, vacant land, agricultural land, and new construction in Rayne, Lafayette, and surrounding areas. Stephen is from Rayne and continues to live there with his wife, Valerie Guidry and their two dogs. When Stephen is not doing real estate appraisals, his hobbies and interests include fishing, hunting, watching LSU and UL (football and baseball games) and spending time with his family and friends.
